We are able to repair certain types of broken glass. All glass to be fixed must be cleaned prior to bringing to the studio. A fee of 10-30$ will be charged for cleaning your pieces, or we may have to refuse acceptance of your unclean piece. All glass must be borosilicate. Glass item to be repaired must be free of debris. We are unable to accept pieces that have been 'glued' or 'siliconed' back together. All repairs are attempted by our affiliated glass artists without any liability, responsibility or guarantee - we'll do our very best, always, to make sure any repair is above and beyond satisfactory and solid, but in the worst-case-scenario your broken piece may be irreparably damaged through our attempts and any risk of this or any other unexpected outcome is solely the responsibility of the glass owner. If your piece has sufficient sentimental (or other) value that it's not worth the risk, then please don't bring it to us.

A basic repair guide is as follows:

Ashcatcher with 14.4 or 19mm joint - arm repair. - 30$
Ashcatcher with female joint repair - 14.4 or 19mm - 25$
Ashcatcher with 2 broken joints - 40$ (Please call us for details or send us a pic).
Joint repair on tube - 14.4 or 19mm - 75$-90$ (Please call us for details or send us a pic).
